David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Partner at SAX, where he brings nearly 40 years of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, succession planning, and tax planning. He holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designations, and expertly guides business owners, attorneys, buyers, and lenders through complex financial decisions. His disciplined approach, involvement with other nonprofit boards, and deep experience advising closely held businesses give him a practical view of organizational planning and long-term sustainability, which he brings to his role on the Board.

David has completed 41 marathons, including 21 Boston Marathons. Host of the Boston617 podcast and a longtime member of the Boston Athletic Association, he has been a dedicated part of the Bulldogs community for years as a supporter and club member before joining the Board.
