Our Weekly Runs

For the Boston Bulldogs, gathering in welcoming communities that support wellness and recovery goals is a cornerstone of who and what we are.  Watch Video: What Does a Run Look Like

Weekly Runs start by standing in a circle, introducing each other and welcoming anyone new to their first run/walk. A wellness tip is shared along with Club announcements and the group assembles for a photo. Runners then split into smaller groups based on the distance and speed preferred. After about 40 minutes of running or walking, participants gather again for water, juice and snacks.

At most runs, one group typically walks as well. Those who are new to the Club are encouraged to become members so that we can stay connected and so that they can join our Members-only Facebook page and stay current with any upcoming runs, events, or changes.

Weekly Runs are also used to celebrate the anniversary milestones of our members, as well as offer encouragement and support.
