Marcia Fowler is the former Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and CEO Emeritus of Bournewood Health Systems. A lawyer and clinician, Marcia has spent the majority of her career in public service and is committed to ensuring that behavioral health services are available to those who need them. Marcia is an avid runner, triathlete and hiker. She earned the Abbott Medal in 2018 after completing all the Marathon World Majors. Marcia is passionately committed to the mission of the Boston Bulldogs.
