Those who complete Full Circle I and II are welcome to apply to become Leaders in the Club.
Leaders model the Three Principles of the Club, while mentoring new members.

- Giving Back
They also lead weekly runs, become wellness sponsors, organize Giving Back and Junior Bulldogs programs, and plan Club Community Nights and various Club social events. Leaders receive a stipend for their efforts.
