Jim is an attorney and the managing director of Sullivan Properties, a Boston-based commercial real estate company that has developed several commercial buildings in downtown Boston and the surrounding areas. Earlier in his career, through the Massachusetts Committee For Public Counsel, Jim provided legal representation for those unable to afford an attorney in criminal, delinquency, youthful offender, child welfare and mental health cases. More recently Jim helped to fund and establish a new program at Saint Francis House to help transition the homeless to self sufficiency.
