Saucony Awards $9,000 Grant to Boston Bulldogs and Italian Home for Children for Junior Bulldogs Program

We’re excited to share that the Boston Bulldogs Running Club and the Italian Home for Children have been awarded a $9,000 grant from the Saucony Run for Good Foundation to relaunch our Junior Bulldogs Running Group partnership. This 5-week program will serve youth ages 7–14 who have experienced trauma, using running and wellness as tools to build resilience, confidence, and connection. Each week, participants will take part in guided runs, while also learning about nutrition, mental health, and healthy coping strategies, all in a supportive and encouraging environment. Through this program, we aim to help kids discover their strength, build community, and develop skills that can last a lifetime. We’re especially excited that participants will work toward joining us at the Boston Bulldogs Run for Recovery 5K this May at Franklin Park – an experience that will celebrate perseverance, community, and hope. Huge thank you to Saucony Run for Good for making this possible and helping us continue to use running and wellness to change lives for the better 💙
